CREATING YOUR CHARACTER COSTUME :
STEP ONE:
The process begins with you. Just submit a photo or drawing with artwork of the character or product you would like quoted, and tell us in which option (Deluxe, Standard or Economy) you are interested. We will call you to discuss usage ideas and quantities, and then turn around a quote within 24 hours. Given your approval of 3-way drawings and specifications, we can begin designing your costume
STEP TWO:
After we have gathered as much information as possible from you regarding colors, fabrics, and artwork, our designers will either build a clay model or computer generated 3-D paper model. We will send you photos or print-outs for your approval. The design process is completed by creating patterns from the model and sending them to Rover Internationals computerized cutting table

STEP THREE:
Next, we build a nylon prototype--our full scale model--for any minor design adjustments assuring proper size and fit. Once the nylon has passed inspection, we begin building your costume according to the agreed upon fabric and artwork specifications
STEP FOUR:
When your costume is complete, an in-house performer and production team test all components of your costume to assure our best quality.
STEP FIVE:
Once we have photographed your costume, it is packed complete with a general information and instruction packet. It is then shipped to you at your desired location, and you can begin having fun!
